Proposal for Community Recruitment Activity for BPO Employment
Dear Honorable Barangay Captain Gabriel Pulido,
Good day.
I hope this message finds you well. I am respectfully writing to seek your approval and support for a proposed recruitment activity in our barangay aimed at helping residents secure employment opportunities in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, particularly at IQor.
Previously, we were already conducting BPO recruitment and basic training programs within the community to help aspiring applicants prepare for call center opportunities. Through these activities, many residents were given guidance on interviews, communication skills, and employment preparation. However, due to certain circumstances, the program was temporarily discontinued.
At present, we would like to revive and continue this initiative to provide opportunities for unemployed individuals, recent graduates, and residents seeking stable careers in the BPO industry. The proposed activity may include initial screening, career orientation, interview preparation, and endorsement to IQOR DASMA for employment opportunities.
I would also like to give the letter of proposal to the concerned channel to further explain the benefits and other milestones for each party. (applicant and organizer)
